A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. We do not keep a separate site log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Messages sent by email may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.

The content identifies official routes to Monmouth County offices, New Jersey Courts, NJSP/SBI, and the New Jersey Sex Offender Internet Registry. Visitor data is not turned into a consumer report or a record about another person, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies power the search boxes. A query submitted there is governed by that company's privacy policy and retention practices, which we do not control. Review the provider's terms before sending information.

Links may lead to courts, sheriff pages, state agencies, legal-aid resources, or private tools. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy rules apply. Those rules should be read before personal details are supplied.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. Their tracking does not run under our direct control.
